Delivery Information

We offer a Free Local Delivery service to Sonning Common, Wallingford and surrounding Villages (at our discretion).
National Delivery is £9.95 to Zone DA (see diagram)
​Minimum order for National Delivery is £25.
​We do offer a delivery service on Saturdays and to other Zones, at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss your requirements at admin@carlwoodsbutchers.co.uk

Your order will be packed fresh the following day upon placing your order. Because we only deliver fresh produce that must meet our high standards, there may be times that an item will be out of stock. We will inform you as soon as possible if this is the case, and offer you a replacement, credit note or refund.

​We vacuum pack your order where ever possible, to ensure freshness during delivery, and ease of storage for you.

​From the time you place your order, you can expect to receive your products within 2 working days (9pm cut off time). For example, orders placed before 9pm on Monday, will be delivered Wednesday. Orders placed Friday will be delivered by Tuesday. We do offer a Saturday delivery at an additional cost, please contact us for details.
 
​Your order will be delivered one of two ways :
​- Our own temperature controlled vans
​- Our courier (FedEx)

​If by courier, your order will be put on a next day delivery service. It will be packed into one of our specially designed temperature controlled boxes, with suitable ice sheets. The drivers have been instructed to leave your order in a suitable place, if they are unable to get an answer.

​If you have any concern that your product has not been suitably refrigerated during transport, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to open or use the product until we have responded.
